Øyo four-piece fish preparation set with premium steel tools in a hygienic folder.
We value gear that gets the job done right on the water. The Øyo Namsen Fishing Knives Set is a 4-piece set made with premium steel blades and blue two-component plastic handles designed without gaps to prevent bacteria. It includes a cordura folder case to keep tools protected.
It covers the full spectrum: filleting, carving, trimming fins and using tweezers for bones. Great for boat work, riverside prepping or kitchen cleanup, though it’s a specialist set rather than a general-purpose kitchen set.
From guiding fishing trips I know that having the right knife in hand can change a messy mess into clean, efficient work.

Description
I’ve used the Øyo Namsen set many times when processing fish and its design shows thoughtful care. The filleting knife has a blade length of 150 mm and comes with a separate plastic sheath to protect the edge. The carving/tolle knife has a blade length of 100 mm, enough to make precise cuts through tough flesh. The set also includes kitchen-scissors (for fins, head trimming etc.) and fish bone tweezers for safe bone removal.
Handles are blue two-component plastic with no openings where bacteria can settle; this makes cleaning easier and safer. All tools pack into a blue cordura fold-folder that keeps everything together and safe to transport.
If you plan to fish frequently, this set gives you everything you need in one package. It’s ready when you are, and supplies like this often go fast in spring seasons.
