Ordering

When you click “Complete order”, you accept these terms and conditions. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If an item cannot be delivered as expected, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Note: Custom-made products (e.g. knives with engraving) cannot be cancelled or returned, as they are made according to your specifications.

Prices

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) incl. VAT. Prices are daily prices, and we reserve the right to make errors and misprints.

Free shipping on purchases over DKK 649 – delivery to the nearest parcel shop.

Payment

We accept:

Visa, MasterCard, Maestro
MobilePay
EAN payment (contact us)

There are no payment fees. Your card will only be charged when the order is shipped.

Delivery

We ship on all business days. Delivery time is shown on the product page.

Products are delivered to the address or parcel shop you specify
Shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart
If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, you may cancel the order

Transport damage? Refuse delivery or contact us immediately.

100-day satisfaction guarantee

You can try your new knife for up to 100 days. If you are not satisfied, you may return it and receive a refund.

Conditions

The knife must be in resalable condition (reasonable condition)
Does not apply to custom-made products (e.g. engraving) or promotional items
You are responsible for return shipping costs

14-day right of withdrawal

As a private consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days.

How to proceed

Write to info@dolk.dk stating that you wish to withdraw
We will send return instructions
Return the item (shipping costs are your responsibility)
We will refund within 14 days after receiving the return

Exceptions

Custom-made products (engraving, personalization)
Products used beyond normal inspection

Depreciation: If the product has lost value due to use, this will be deducted from the refund.

24-month right to complain (warranty)

You have a 2-year right to complain on all products. This means that we will repair, replace, or refund the item if it has a defect.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to shop with us. We reserve the right to verify your age at purchase.

Product variations

Many of our products are made from natural materials such as wood, horn, and leather. These materials naturally vary in color, structure, and grain.

This is not a defect – it is a hallmark of craftsmanship and natural materials, making each knife unique.

Knife legislation

You are responsible for knowing and complying with knife legislation. We provide information on the rules for relevant products, but the responsibility rests with you as the buyer.
