Shipping and payment

Delivery

  • Delivery countries: we deliver to consumers in all 27 EU Member States. You choose the delivery country at checkout.
  • Shipping costs: the shipping price depends on the delivery country and is shown in your basket before you complete your order. Shipping is free on orders of €100 or more to all countries.
  • Delivery method: we deliver to your home address with CoolRunner. Delivery to parcel pick-up points is not available.
  • Delivery time: items marked “In stock” are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days after your order. Delivery then takes a few working days, depending on the destination. An item that is not available is shown as “Sold out” and cannot be ordered. Engraved items require additional processing time. Goods are dispatched from Denmark (warehouse PakkecenterNORD).
  • Tracking: as soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information.
  • Transport damage: we bear the risk of loss of or damage to the goods until you have taken physical possession of them. If you notice damage, please contact us without delay at info@dolkoutdoor.com, if possible with photos.

Payment

  • Payment methods: payment card, PayPal and Klarna. Klarna is only available in countries where Klarna is offered and is shown at checkout if available. The payment methods available to you are displayed at checkout.
  • Payment providers: card payments are processed by our provider QuickPay A/S (Denmark). Klarna payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) together with Klarna. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (Luxembourg).
  • When your account is charged: for card, Klarna and PayPal payments, the amount is reserved when you place your order and is only charged when the item is dispatched.
  • Prices and VAT: all prices are in euros and include VAT at the rate applicable in the country of delivery. The VAT amount is shown on your order. The price including VAT is shown at checkout once you have selected the delivery country.
