Gerber machete with 290 mm blade, saw back, and Gator Grip handle for versatile outdoor clearing.
We know a machete must strike a balance between chopping power and control. The Gerber Compact Clearpath Machete has a 290 mm blade with a 250 mm saw on the spine, making it both a cutter and a saw. At 440 mm overall length and 550 g, it carries easily yet handles dense brush with confidence. The Gator Grip rubber handle provides firm hold in wet or sweaty conditions.
I have used similar machetes when clearing firewood paths, and the saw-back design saves time when thicker branches appear.

Description
I like the Gerber Compact Clearpath because it gives me two tools in one machete edge for brush and saw teeth for branches. At 290 mm blade length and 440 mm overall length, it has the reach for clearing trails without being unwieldy. The 550 g weight makes it heavy enough to bite into wood yet light enough to swing for longer sessions.
The sheath and paracord lanyard make carrying safe and secure. The Gator Grip handle feels warm and slip-resistant, which matters when working in wet grass or humid forest. I picture myself hacking a path through thick brush, then flipping the tool to the saw for cutting poles for a shelter.
This machete is a strong choice for outdoorsmen who need versatility in a single blade. With only one left in stock, now is the time to act.
