Description
For many outdoor tasks, a knife like this offers a dependable mix of control and durability. The 120 mm blade length works well for carving, camp chores and food prep, and the 1.4116 stainless steel provides a good balance of toughness and ease of sharpening. I often reach for a blade in this size when traveling light yet still needing trustworthy cutting power.
The wooden handle delivers a natural, comfortable grip that performs well in both dry and damp conditions. The leather sheath includes two useful features: a honing steel for quick touch-ups in camp, and a safety strap to keep the knife secured during movement. I appreciate setups like this because they allow me to maintain the edge without needing extra gear.
If you’re looking for a traditional Scandinavian-style outdoor knife with built-in edge maintenance and secure carry, this model fits the role well. It’s a practical tool to add to your kit for daily outdoor use.
