Ultra-compact fixed-blade outdoor knife from Morakniv for close control work.
A short blade can offer better control when precision matters. This compact fixed-blade outdoor knife is designed for detailed tasks where grip, balance, and safety come first. We recommend it for bushcraft users, hikers, and everyday outdoor use where space and weight are limited.
We appreciate the stainless steel blade paired with a hand-filling ergonomic handle that gives confidence despite the compact size. The Morakniv Eldris (S) is easy to carry, simple to maintain, and well suited for carving, food preparation, and light camp tasks.

Description
This compact outdoor knife is built around a short stainless steel blade that prioritises accuracy and predictable cutting. The blade geometry is ideal for carving, feather sticks, trimming, and other close-range tasks where longer blades can feel cumbersome.
In use, I find the rounded polymer handle provides excellent grip and stability, even in wet or cold conditions. The balance feels reassuring in the hand, allowing controlled movements and reducing fatigue during careful work.
For outdoor users who value portability without sacrificing reliability, this knife fits neatly into a pocket or pack and is always ready when needed. Its proven design makes it a trusted choice for minimalist setups and everyday outdoor carry.
