Description
When you venture into rough terrain and need a knife that takes demanding work without complaint, this model from Cudeman steps up. I found its full-tang construction, Black Micarta handle and satin finish blade instil confidence from the first cut. The blade length of 180 mm and overall length of 315 mm make it a substantial tool great for processing wood, game or performing survival tasks.
The steel, Böhler N-695, is heat treated to approx. 59/60 HRC, providing good edge retention while remaining maintainable in the field. The handle material of Black Micarta combined with the red spacer gives both a functional and refined finish, while the included multi-position black leather sheath enhances carry versatility.
If you need a knife that handles serious tasks campcraft, survival, processing wood, field dressings then this is a strong pick. Given its size and weight, it may not suit light EDC use, so assess your carry priorities before purchase.
