Helle Fossekallen outdoor knife with 12C27 steel and Masur Birch handle.

We know the Helle Fossekallen as a compact fixed outdoor knife that carries the same style as the larger Helle Eggen but in a handier size. It comes with a 90 mm blade in polished 12C27 stainless steel and a total length of 205 mm. At just 87 g, it is light in the pack but reliable in the hand. Folded length not applicable. The handle in Masur Birch has a strong finger guard that prevents slipping, even when wet or greasy. The leather sheath with snap closure makes carry simple and secure.

I have used this knife when fishing by the lake, where its balance made cleaning trout both precise and safe.
