Compact lockback hunting folder with 420HC steel and ergonomic grip.

This folding hunting knife features a 420HC stainless steel drop-point blade (≈ 76 mm) and a grippy Versaflex overmold on a glass-filled nylon handle. Ideal for field tasks where a compact but capable knife is needed.

We recommend it for hunters and outdoorsmen who want a reliable blade for skinning, field dress, or general utility. We appreciate how the lockback mechanism gives confidence in blade stability, and how the handle texture maintains grip even when wet.

This knife is designed for balance of portability and durability. The 420HC blade offers good corrosion resistance while remaining relatively easy to sharpen. The drop-point shape provides a useful belly for slicing while preserving tip strength. The lockback construction ensures secure lockup under use.

I carry this folder when I’m moving through rough terrain but still want access to a dependable tool. The ergonomic handle with Versaflex overlay feels confident in hand, and the small lanyard hole gives another carry option. The included polyester sheath gives a backup option for belt carry when you prefer not to pocket it.

In camp or on the trail skinning game, cutting cord, trimming wood this Pursuit holds its own. I suggest cleaning pivot and lock surfaces regularly, lightly oiling, and checking screws occasionally to keep action smooth. Many hunters choose this model for its compact footprint without sacrificing field utility.
